4 Tablespoons unsalted butter , softened to way temperature

Instructions :

  • take a crap one 9×5 in loaf

1 . Preheat oven to 350F. Spray loaf pan with cooking atomiser . Set aside .

2 . In a medium trough , whisk together the flour , baking soda , table salt , and cinnamon bark . lay out aside .

3 .   In a separate large bowl , beat the brownish sugar and butter with a mixer on medium speed until well blended . add up the bollock one at a time , beating well after each one .

4 . In a disjoined small ball , smash the banana tree ’s with a fork , leave small bits .

5 . With a wooden spoonful , stir in the mashed banana , yogurt , and vanilla to the brown dough mixture .   Slowly add in the ironical ingredient . Do not   overmix – the batter will be thick .

6 . In a another freestanding arena , mix   together the cinnamon and ashen sugar .

7 . Spoon one-half of the batter into grease loaf pan . Sprinkle the top of the batter with the cinnamon - sugar variety . Top with remaining batter .

8 .   Bake for   approximately 50    minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the   center comes out fair .

9 . Remove pan and place on a telegram rack .   Cool 15 minute   while still in the pan . Then remove from pan and cool down completely on the conducting wire rack .

10 . Optional – to summate a sweet treat to the outside of the lettuce –   make the glaze in a small sports stadium by combining the fixings with a spoon . bestow more fine-grained sugar until you reached desire heaviness . Drizzle over cooled banana bread .

  • Keep in an air tight container .    I would suppose that this would last for approximately a week , but within 2 days , ours is always gone !
