Flower-filled front yard
My name is Rose Flanagan , and I have been gardening in Maplewood , New Jersey , for 20 age . I ’m share photos of my front - yard garden from June of last year . It has a variety of preferences . There is a long cheery flower bottom to the left field of the entrance to the house and a dappled lighted large garden everywhere else . It has taken a farseeing time to really see the concept of plant the right industrial plant in the right place , but I believe I have ultimately done it . Gardening is my mania . I just renovated my backyard and am make a modest Zen garden along with adeer - andrabbit - resistant garden . I ca n’t wait to set off fag .
My amazing people - terminate blue hydrangea(Hydrangea macrophylla , Zones 5–9 ) .
The stunning rich blue colouring material of thehydrangeais a result of growing in acidic grunge .

A mingling of crocosmia(Crocosmiahybrid , Zones 6–9 ) andconeflowers(Echinacea purpurea , Zones 3–9 ) .
The crocosmia and coneflowers are joined by a redbee balm(Monarda didyma , Zones 4–9 ) , and silver - foliagedrose campion(Lychnis coronaria , Zones 4–8 ) .
Hakone grass(Hakonechloamacra , Zones 5–9),lambs ’ ears(Stachys byzantina , Zones 4–8 ) , rose campion , hosta(Zones 3–9 ) , andoakleaf hydrangea(Hydrangea quercifolia , Zones 5–9 ) .

This is the edge of the sunny border go into the shady area . A Himalayan cedar cedar(Cedrusdeodara , Zones 6–8 ) mingles with stokesia(Stokesialaevis , Zones 5–9 ) and pale lavenderyarrow(Achillea millifolium , Zones 4–8 ) leading to the bottom ofshade - enjoy perennial .
A statue of a Tibetan monk is nestled in the hosta bottom .
A vividblue hostasits next to an oakleaf hydrangea .

A finis - up of some gorgeous whiteclematis(Clematishybrid , declamatory - flowered chemical group , Zones 4–8 ) .
