In the April issue ofFine Gardening , Ira Wallace shared some of her favourite out - of - the - ordinary leafy vegetable in her article “ Beyond the Basic Greens . ” As a follow - up , we require her for the formula for her favorite dressing . Here ’s what she said :
“ I often make what we call ‘ Green Dressing . ’ The formula varies with what is available . It is essentially a vinaigrette with bollock or tahini to help keep extra greens or herb emulsify . The quantities vary , but here is a version you could try . sunniness , Ira . ”
Ira ’s Green Dressing
Place all ingredients in a blender , and action briefly on high-pitched hurrying . Serve immediately , or memory refrigerated in a closed jar . The tahini or egg facilitate keep the dressing from separating in storage .
