The seventh version of Hortiflora concluded last Friday , March 15 . Every one looked forward to the exhibition - the last version was held in 2015 - and this was visible in the interest in the show . With nearly 120 exhibitors , it was the handsome one since the first edition in 2005 . consort to the organization , the air on the flooring was very positive all three day .

The organization is slaked with the show . " The quality of flowers and stands was great and the attending of agriculturalist both international as national was superior " , says Dick van Raamsdonk of HPP Exhibitions . " Many farm managers and farm owner were , besides exhibiting , also at the show in soul themselves almost every day , something that was exactly hop for by the many supplying exhibitors . This most likely had to do with the fact that many international purchaser were chaffer the show . Amongst many others , big supermarket from Europe and a lot of buyers from the Middle East attended the fair . "

Although there are several challenges in the Ethiopian flower manufacture , it is clear that Ethiopia is one of the world ’s 5 most important prime producing rural area . " A position that will not go down , but only can go up . The next edition of Hortiflora 2021 will for sure prove this . "
Best Stand Design AwardsIn general , a lot of attention was paid to the laurel wreath of the booth and this twelvemonth , the most beautiful booths received an awarding . Below the winners .
