The GIMA Awards newest prize – Sustainability – was also a hard - fought class , with Phoenox Textiles , Hygeia , Primeur and West Country Soil Improvement all enjoying finalist status . However , it was Dalefoot Compost who the Book of Judges selected as 2021 victor , key it as , “ a company that has sustainability and the environs at the very center of what it does .
